转鼓式干燥机，设有特殊结构的二次造粒区，转筒的进料端设有档料圈和导料板，其后设有若干段交错排列的不同型式的抄料板。在干燥机进出料端均有辅助管道系统，筒体外前端还设置若干个振锤。
    干燥机的筒体与造粒机一样向出料端倾斜安装。从造粒机送来的半成品物料通过进料进入筒体时，热风炉送来的热风通过干燥机前端的辅助管道系统，以并流方式同时从进料端进入筒体，在旋转筒体内杨料板的带动下，使抄起的物料分洒均匀，形成密集的料幕，高湿度的物料与顺流温度的热风相互作用，使水分从物料内部扩散至表面并汽化，达到干燥物料的目的。

    FGG drum dryer has twice granulated zone with special structure. Feeding end of Rotational canister has material blocking loop and material leading flights. Its back has many different types of cross-sectional lined material lifter, Auxiliary pipe systems are set up at the in & out end of dryer. Several vibration hemmer is set at the fore part of cenister.
    The canisster of the bryer and granulator is installed toward material out end. Semi-products delivered from granulator enters by feeding, hot wind is sent from hot stove through suxiliary pipe system of fore parts of dryer and enters into the body of canister from materiel in end entering canister in the way fo parallel flow, the material spray evenly driven by rising material board in the body of spiral canister, fomed into dense, high humidity material and hot wind interact making water vaporizes from the internal of material to reach the purpose of duying material.
