转鼓式冷却机是在筒体的前端用钢板焊接螺旋推料板,在筒体的尾端用钢板交错焊接二折杨料板;在冷却机进料端设有辅助管道系统。
冷却机的筒体与造粒机一样向出料端倾斜安装。从干燥机送来的较高温度的半成品物料通过进料箱进入筒体后,在旋转筒体内杨料板的带动下使抄起的物料分洒均匀形成密集的料幕;高温度的物料与低温度的逆流冷空气相互作用,使物料内部的热温度扩散至表面并被带走,达到冷却的目的。

High temperature material interacts with low temperature reverse flow cold air making hot temperature inside the material spread to the surface and being taken away to reach the purpose of cooling.
