FZL系列直立碾压式复混肥造粒机主要用于生产高效颗粒复混肥，也可以用于饲料、医药、化工等粉状物的造粒。
FZL系列碾压式复混肥造粒机主要工作原理是：将专门配方经过特殊调制的原料（含氮、磷、钾等),由送料装置输送到造粒室,造粒室内的压滚轮在主轴的带动下旋转。原料在粉料机构的作用下均匀地落入滚轮与模盘之间被碾压，从模盘的各个小孔向下挤出而成形，并在模盘下切割成适当长度的颗粒状复混肥产品。
Vertical FZL serial grinding concentrated fertilizer granulators are mainly used to produce concentrated granulated fertilizer, also can be used to produce granule from forage, medical and chemical & industrial powder material.
The working principle of FZL series grinding concentrated fertilizer is : feeding raw material with special formula and modulation (contains N,P and k etc) to granulating room by feeding apparatus, pressing gyro wheel r revolves driven by axis in the granulator. Raw material evenly drops onto the space beween gyro wheel and module plate and ground, taking shape by extruding from small holes of module plate, and cut into granulated concentrated fertilizer with proper length under the module plate.
